Many missing ordered items
I ordered a set of 4 of the tipsy shot glasses and the card game set (the black one) which includes the card game itself, 2 shot glasses and others. Regarding the set of 4 shot glasses, i received one that had a huge crack on it with glass shards in the bubble wrap. Regarding the card game set, i only received the card game, no shot glasses and any of the extra items. I reached out for a refund and received a less-than-apt refund amount. pretty slow and poor customer service, had to bump their tiktok social media to get a reply and a follow up email.
I sent two emails about my order that hasn't arrive yet, it's stuck somewhere and the contact services haven't answer yet. Please fix this, it was a big order for me
It’s a cute game, my friends and I like it. One of my glasses chipped within a month, so that sucked. But the actual game is cute, just don’t have high expectations for the glasses.
One of my shot glasses came broken, I emailed them about it and they never got back to me.
